MUSEQCITY™ TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MUSEQCITY™ website and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. THE MUSEQCITY™ SERVICE

MUSEQCITY™ is an independent digital logistics and music guide. We provide curated maps, “Pro” travel intel, and real-time suggestions to help users navigate Nashville, Tennessee.

2. IN-APP PURCHASES & DIGITAL PASSES

MUSEQCITY™ offers premium content accessible via one-time digital passes. These are not recurring subscriptions.

  • Boots on the Ground ($3.99): Grants seventy-two (72) hours of premium access from the time of purchase.
  • Extended Play ($9.99): Grants thirty (30) days of premium access from the time of purchase.
  • Expiration: Access to premium features (including but not limited to Parking Hacks, Secret Menus, and Expert Logistics) will expire automatically at the end of the specified period. Users may choose to purchase a new pass at any time.

3. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All financial transactions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. MUSEQCITY™ does not store credit card information. All refund requests must be directed to the respective App Store platform according to their specific refund policies.

4. REFERRAL PROGRAM & TOKENS

The MUSEQCITY™ referral system allows users to earn “Tokens” by inviting others to the community.

  • No Cash Value: Tokens are digital markers used solely for unlocking internal App content (e.g., “Premium Intel”). They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or physical goods.
  • Proprietary Rights: Tokens remain the property of MUSEQCITY™ and may be revoked if a user is found to be abusing the referral system via fraudulent accounts or botting.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including the MUSEQCITY™ name, logo, curated map data, “Pro” tips, and original photography, is the exclusive property of MUSEQCITY™ and protected by trademark and copyright laws. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our curated data for commercial use.

6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION & DISCLAIMERS

While we strive to provide “ground-truth” intel:

  • Third-Party Businesses: We are not affiliated with the bars, restaurants, or music venues listed. We are not responsible for changes in their hours, pricing, or artist lineups.
  • Parking & Logistics: MUSEQCITY™ provides parking suggestions as a guide. We are not responsible for any parking fines, towing fees, or damages incurred while using suggested parking areas.
  • Safety: Users are responsible for their own safety while navigating the city.

7. PRIVACY & LOCATION DATA

Your privacy is vital. Our Service utilizes location data to provide “Trending Now” suggestions and proximity-based maps. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of this data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUSEQCITY™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or your travels within Nashville.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

STORE MERCH & DELIVERY

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

●  USA: 3–4 business days

●  Europe: 6–8 business days

●  Australia: 2–14 business days

●  Japan: 4–8 business days

●  International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

●  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

●  Ask your local post office if they have your package

●  Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at store@museqcity.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

ORDERS

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at store@museqcity.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at store@museqcity.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

RETURNS

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at store@museqcity.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at store@museqcity.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at store@museqcity.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
