How do I set the Broadway Buzzer? Open the app, select “Broadway Buzzer,” and choose your lineup of bars. Set your “Stroll Speed” (how many minutes you want to spend at each bar) and hit Start. We’ll notify you when it’s time to move to the next stage. If the band is too good to leave, just hit the “Snooze for Booze” button to stay for another round!

What is the Extended Play? Extended Play (EP) is a one-time, $9.99 purchase that unlocks 14 days of premium “Insiders” access. This includes our secret map of low-cost parking hacks, “locals-only” hidden gems, priority concert alerts, and a discount code at our Official Merchandise shop.

Are there refunds for the Backstage Pass? No. Because the EP Pass provides immediate digital access to our curated “City Treasures” and proprietary Nashville logistics, all sales are final. Once you unlock the vault of Nashville secrets, you have full access for 14 days.

How do I cancel my subscription? You don’t have to! There are no recurring charges and no hidden renewals. Extended Play is a one-and-done cost designed specifically for your trip. Once your 14 days are up, the premium features simply relock. If you return to Nashville later, you can simply grab a new pass for your next adventure — and new hidden Nashville gems.

THE VAULT (MERCHANDISE)

When will my gear arrive? Our merchandise is printed on demand to ensure the highest quality. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days and typically arrive within 7–10 days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy? Because each item is custom-printed for you, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or have a print error. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.

CONCERTS & SIGHTSEEING

I bought a ticket through the app, but I haven’t received it. All concert and tour tickets are fulfilled by our partners, Ticketmaster and Viator. Please check your email for a confirmation directly from the ticket provider. If you cannot find your tickets, please log in to your Ticketmaster or Viator account to access your digital passes.
